Amazing location close to the coast, the airfield and Flatford Mill, fields and flowers and another pub, it's remote. Also, it is 10 minutes drive from Upthorpe Mill Windmill.

The location was beautiful, just a short stroll away from Bardwell Windmill. Moreover, it was close enough to an impressive church, the Village And Surrounding Area and Bury St Edmunds Market.

The breakfast was wonderful with Coffee, toast and fruit and had something for everyone. The garden was gorgeous, peaceful and unbeatable location on outskirts of pretty villlage.

Reasonably priced and neat units with beautiful garden as well as excellent breakfast, and the staff were pretty friendly. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone.

Lovely little and exceptionally friendly venue, magnificent location adjacent to the gardens which were beautifully kept, fields of a working farm, and the restaurant in the evening. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was nice and quiet. The food served at the hotel was excellent and something to look forward to every day. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the clean linen, room, and good attention to detail in the accommodation. The hotel had a good car park and it was a nice getaway location.
The accommodation standard was quite basic and some areas had damp patches, which was not pleasant. The Wi-Fi at the hotel was limited and only available in certain areas, making it inconvenient for guests staying in certain rooms.
